Geomatrix Installations is a consumer-centric Interior Alteration construction company licensed in New York and Connecticut.  

At Geomatrix, we believe that Pre-Construction Phase Services when done correctly and thoroughly make for smooth construction phase services and outcome.  Site Surveys, Budgeting, Estimating and Value Engineering all contribute to a better construction experience.  Realizing long term value from either your individual project or building program is our end goal.  Understanding the unique needs of the New York market is our method.

To assist with the financial aspects of project development, Geomatrix maintains a network of professionals who can support clients through this critical process. Our resources can provide clients with the guidance they need to meet their planning needs for the short and long term.

One of our specialty areas is real estate development and construction management for Non-Profit Organizations. We know that NPO’s have different funding, regulatory and reporting requirements, all of which can impact the approaches they apply toward initiating, financing and structuring their real estate needs.
